Work included grass removal, soil preparation, sodding, tree trimming, some dethatching & aeriation, replacing the roof and ceiling in a backyard workshop, replacing some exterior sheathing on my home, and recaulking/painting where required. The work crew were on-time, friendly, competent, completed the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up each day. There were no surprises.
